Effective Date: August 5, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Chicket website, mobile app and ordering services in Morocco. Chicket in Morocco is operated under franchise by our local franchise partner ("Chicket Morocco", "we", "us"), using the Chicket brand under licence from Chicket WLL. By placing an order with us, in any of our Moroccan branches, or through our website or app, you agree to these Terms.
Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
These Terms apply to orders placed in Morocco. If you are ordering in Bahrain, the Chicket Bahrain Terms of Use apply instead.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the items you have selected. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment has been successfully processed.
If you pay by card, your bank may authorise the transaction straight away. Authorisation is not the same as completed payment. A payment can still be declined, reversed or withheld afterwards — for example where fraud is suspected, where the transaction is disputed, or where the card issuer refuses to settle it. We treat an order as confirmed only once payment has been accepted.
We accept the following payment methods, subject to availability at your branch or channel:
Card payments are processed by a licensed payment services provider. We accept only the payment methods approved by that provider, and the card logos displayed at our branches and on our website and app indicate the methods currently accepted.
You pay the same price whether you pay by card or in cash. We do not add any surcharge, fee or extra charge for paying by card.
All prices in Morocco are shown in Moroccan dirham (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Menu items, prices and promotions may differ between branches and between our website, app and delivery partners. Prices may change at any time before you place an order.
If an order is cancelled, incorrect or cannot be fulfilled, we can issue either a full or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note:
If you do not recognise a charge or believe it is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a formal dispute.
If you raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank, our payment services provider may investigate the transaction and request supporting documents such as invoices, receipts, proof of delivery or transaction records. We will cooperate with that process and provide the records we hold. Keeping your receipt or order confirmation makes any dispute considerably easier to resolve.
We and our payment services provider operate fraud prevention checks on card transactions. As a result, a payment may be delayed, declined or reversed, and we may ask you to verify your identity or your payment method before we release an order.
Where fraud is suspected or reported, we may be required to share the information necessary to investigate it with our payment services provider and with the banks involved. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment method.
Card transaction records are retained by our payment services provider in line with its own obligations. We keep our own sales records in addition to this, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Moroccan law. We recommend you keep your receipt or order confirmation for as long as you may need it to resolve a query.
Where we deliver, or where you collect an order:
Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle a range of ingredients, including common allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of them. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to our team before ordering. Product images are for illustration and the item served may differ in appearance.
When using our website or app, you agree not to:
We may suspend or refuse service where these Terms are breached.
The Chicket name, logo, menu content, images and website and app content are owned by Chicket WLL or used under licence, and are used in Morocco under franchise. Card scheme and payment provider logos shown on our website, app and premises remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely to indicate the payment methods we accept.
To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, or for delays caused by your card issuer, bank or a third-party delivery platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the competent Moroccan courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protections given to you by Moroccan consumer protection legislation, including Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection measures. Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces those rights, and nothing here prevents you from bringing proceedings before the court of your place of residence where the law allows it.
